How much do pull-outs cost?

The all-important question! (And the one most companies don't like to answer upfront.)

Size, quantity and complexity all factor into pricing, but a typical pull-out generally ranges from $150 to $175 installed.

There is a surcharge for orders of less than 4 pull-outs, and an under-sink pull-out designed and built to fit around plumbing or other obstacles will add $50 to $100 depending on the situation.

Will you pressure me to buy or try to up-sell me?

Absolutely not. There are no commissions for "designers" and there is no sales pitch to pad the invoice. An in-home assessment is for answering questions, offering suggestions (if needed), and discussing what makes sense and what doesn't. Finally, measurements will be taken to work up a quote if interested.

There are no upgrades (or downgrades) to fret over. We offer an attractive, high quality Baltic birch pull-out with industry leading full-extension, soft-close, under-mount slides included. It's an excellent product, but if it doesn't suit you, no hard feelings.

Where are Shelf Hero pull-outs made?

They are handcrafted with pride in St. Johns, Florida.

From start to finish, one person will be responsible for the in-home assessment, quote, product build and installation. There is no subcontracted work. Quality control is paramount.

How much weight can a pull-out hold?

The weight capacity is 100 pounds. That's plenty for nearly all applications, but if you plan to store gold bars or a sizable rock collection, please make that known and accommodations can be made. (Seriously, we'll make it work!)

What is the turnaround time?

Since the product is handcrafted locally, most orders are able to be completed in 2 to 3 weeks, from order to installation.

Do I really need pull-outs?

If you are looking for a sensible way to maximize the storage and organization of your existing cabinets, then pull-outs are the answer! On the other hand, if you enjoy the Jenga-like challenge of carefully stacking and unstacking pots and pans to utilize limited storage space, roll-out storage may not be right for you. Everyone is different.
